Production Times

Fulfillment of your order will take approximately 3-7 working days and you’ll receive notification when your order has been completed and is on it’s merry way to you.  Please refer to the SHIPPING & DELIVERY tab for shipping & tracking details.

Please note : Fulfillment + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

Business Hours

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am- 4:30pm.  As we are a family owned business we value the time we spend time together on the weekends so we only work during these business hours.

Production Details

If your item includes custom or personalised details and you are not prompted to add them during the ordering process please send them in a message to us after placing your order or include as a note at checkout. Please choose your item carefully and check the size charts as we are unable to exchange or provide a refund for items that are personalised. ALL items that are printed with a year as standard are also non refundable or exchangeable.

If you would like to make a change to your design other than what is pictured ie add a date to a design that doesn’t already have a date, change the wording, add a name or add something to the back of a shirt that doesn’t already have one pictured there is an additional fee of $20. You can drop us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.


Order Fulfillment

Our T-shirts are made to order and our production turnaround is usually 3-7 business days after purchase  accept on public holidays. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number for up to date delivery details.

Delivery Times

Shipping can take up to 5-18 business days for Parcel Post and 1-4 business days for Express Post and this does not include processing time, weekends, public holidays and any other official Post related delays.

Production Order Fulfillment + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

Your order may arrive a few days later than the provided estimate, unfortunately this is out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any such delays or items deemed lost in transit. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number which can be used for up to date delivery details.

Once dispatched to the relevant Postal service we are no longer responsible so please ensure your address is correct. If your address is incorrect or your parcel is marked as unclaimed and returned to us there is a Return To Sender fee of $10.65 which we will forward on to you.

Covid-19 Effect

Please note that some deliveries are experiencing delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  You can track your item with the tracking number you will receive.
